True To Life Taxidermy

True To Life Taxidermy was established in 2004, owner Curt Walters went to Thompson Falls, Montana to learn the trade of taxidermy. It is located in Cornell Wisconsin. Curt is very passionate about wildlife and does everything he can to capture every detail in each mount he does. Curt specializes in mammals, but does do some birds and fish. At True To Life Taxidermy, the atmosphere is laid back and friendly.

Every mount is treated as if it was his own it is never treated as just another number or paycheck. Turnaround time on bear mounts and deer is four to six months. Rugs usually take six to eight months. Turn around also depends on what order it comes in and how many animals are already brought in. Curt also does whatever he can to accommodate his clients.
